HHT’s Physical Therapy & Wellness partner is SportsPros, Inc. of Claremont, California.  For the past 10 years, SportsPros has been responsible for keeping Coach Holmes on the right track with his own physical therapy & wellness needs.


Established in February of 2000, SportsPros is owned by Fitness Director, Guillermo Escalante, MBA, PTA, ATC, CSCS
(University of La Verne in 1997).

SportsPros is a comprehensive wellness center that offers a variety of services ranging from physical therapy, personal training and massage therapy. Their facility offers an energetic and friendly environment geared at helping athletes achieve their personal health/wellness goals through efficient and effective customized programs. Their physical therapy and athletic training/sports medicine personnel are highly educated professionals with Doctoral and/or Masters level degrees in their respective fields. Each member of the SportsPro staff has accumulated years of experience working with a spectrum of clients with orthopedic ailments, sports injuries, work injuries, sports performance enhancement goals, and fitness related goals. 















Guillermo Escalante, MBA, PTA, ATC, CSCS. Fitness Director Guillermo received his undergraduate degrees in Athletic Training and Biology from the University of La Verne in 1997 where he participated in varsity track and football. Upon completing his undergraduate studies, Guillermo went on to become a certified athletic trainer and certified strength & conditioning specialist. In 1999, Guillermo completed a Masters in Business Administration with concentrations in Healthcare Management and Marketing. In February 2000, Guillermo established SportsPros and has led the company’s growth since its inception. Guillermo returned to school in 2004 and is in the final stages of completing a doctorate in Athletic Training with an emphasis in rehabilitation. Guillermo challenged the Physical Therapy Assistant exam with the state board and successfully earned his licensure. Guillermo has been an adjunct professor or guest lecturer in the sports rehabilitation sciences at local universities since 2004 and has treated and/or trained a multitude of high school, college, and elite athletes since 1997. Guillermo is currently the Sports Medicine column author for Musclemag International Magazine and keeps his competitive spirit alive as a national level bodybuilding competitor.
